    I agree mate I find using hcg 4 weeks before the end of my cycle works best for me.

    But like you say its what works best for you that matters.

    I am very interested in the toxicity of the SERMs. I never knew about that. Do you have the rest of the article?

    So, this article is advocating using ~700IU a week? Just to clear it up...
