Please read all forum rules and I would advise you read all the stickies on this forum as well.
First, no advice will be given without stats. These consist of age, height, weight, body fat percentage, years of training experience, steroid cycle history (if any), an overview of your diet, and the goals you want to achieve.

How long have you been training for?
How old are you?
body fat?
How many cycles have you done?
What results did you get from your previous cycles?
what is your daily diet?

At 6' and 200lbs he can't be that high BF wise unless he has no muscle mass, and after 16 years I'd hope he'd have a decent amount, even training and eating wrong.
What are your goals, specifically (gain x amount of muscle, be able to bench 350lbs, etc.)?

He wants to get big, fast. Thats the goal.
My advice for you is the same for every new comer. You need to start slow and see how your body reacts.. There are great threads for beginner cycles, I suggest you start there. GL!

ok I'm intrigued on this. Diet is good? 16 years of training at 6' 200lbs? thats about my height and when i started lifting i was 180 in 3 years was over 200. Lets see the diet?

Yeah I got that, I was wondering if it could be any more vague though. The preceding should be in the sarcasm font.
Big means different things to different people. Are we talking about big and I don't care if my body fat goes u to 20%, so long as my muscles are huge? Are we talking about being 220lbs? 260lbs? How lean? See what I mean?

A test cycle will work perfectly.

I do but I think you are over thinking it waaaay too much. Consider the context the OP used it in, that should lead you to the conclusion.
It really is unfortunate that everyone's ego gets bruised so easily around here.

Regardless of how quickly you want to gain weight I think you should think safety first. The first cycle is normally a single ester Testosterone like Test E. 500mg/wk for 12 weeks, 3 weeks rest, PCT with Clomid and Nolvadex . Then while you're cycling you eat like a rabid animal. The diet section has some really good bulking diets. Big made a post that basically said that you won't be able to hang on to anything other than what your body is naturally able to produce. In other words, if your body's totally optimized at 200lbs and you go to 225 with AAS you'll go right back to 200lbs when you get off of AAS. Your body simply cannot maintain the 225lbs under normal conditions. This is where diet comes in. You have to eat like a 225 pounder to be 225 once you get off of AAS. I'm 5'11" 195lbs. I'm almost exactly your size. I was 185 when I first cycled after 3 cycles I'm a solid 195. That's 10 lbs of muscles in two and a half year. You'll gain a lot of weight on cycle but unless you eat like a champion to maintain it you'll just go right back to your maintainable weight.
