    ?'s for 4th Cycle

    Age: 25
    Height/Weight/BF (current): 5'10"/220-225/~10%
    Not sure what I will be at when I start the next one.

    Cycle History:
    Cycle 1: 600 mg test 1-12, 50 mg dbol 1-4, low dose of deca throughout for joints, difficult recovery after PCT. Gained 40 lbs (serious), kept 25 lbs of muscle.
    Cycle 2 (cutter): 600-700 mg test prop/susp 1-9 (and I added some IGF during cycle and PCT, which I think I like).
    Cycle 3 (current cutter/strength): 650-700 mg test prop 1-9, Var 60-70 mg ED 1-8, some clen and T3, IGF first 4 weeks and for PCT

    I'm happy with my aesthetics and the fact that I know I can get down to where I'm at now when I please (by this point I have learned enough about myself and diet to make this trivial). My goal is 100% strength at this point (for powerlifting, current lifts are weak: 420/325/550ish)

    This current cycle hasn't given me much for strength at all: probably got me back to my lifts at a fat 245 lbs....most likely because of my diet and the fact that I have been running a high volume russian program pretty hardcore on a caloric deficit. I've been reading about STS, but not sure if it is for me or if it will apply to strength as much as it does to muscle growth. Here is my plan for a cycle next year:

    Deca 400 mg for 10 weeks (I have 4000 mg on hand)
    Test cyp/enth for 12 weeks *Insert Suggested Dosage here*
    Probably some IGF again during and for PCT
    Leanish Bulk diet: Lots of meat, milk, healthy fats, and brown rice/sweet potatoes

    What do you guys think as far as: will this meet my strength goals, and what dosage of test should I think about based on my cycle history to meet my goals (pondering 750 mg/week with a frontload).

    I plan on hitting a 1400 total before this cycle, and 1500+ by the end of next year (including this cycle) at around 240 lbs.

    Test cyp/enth for 12 weeks 500mg will be sufficient ass you will be running 900mg of gear each week all up its the number of the total, not the dose of each substance that counts
    Probably some IGF again during and for PCT

    No need to front load, that method is ineffective, if you want a kick start add 50mg of dbol ED in weeks 1-4
    As for the strength gains deca is highly known for this so im sure you will be pleased.

    Regarding frontloading...I would LOVE to take Dbol , but I get terrible back pumps on it and hate how I blow up on it (5 lbs per week its so obvious I'm on the juice and I hate coworkers thinking I'm on). It is amazing for strength...but just not sure I will be able to deadlift and squat when I want, or put in the necessary accessories for that matter.     You WILL see results, 500mg of test is fine with 400mg of deca, some say you only need about 300mg of test just so you have some in your system, as the deca will do enough of its own. i dont think you will see greater results by upping the test over 500mg.

    In regards to the 'deca dick' @ 500mg i do not see you having a problem at all! have some cialis on hand in case

    Again, part of my logic is that I am afraid my body is used to cycles of 1000 mg+ after doing this current one. I started a thread regarding the rate of increased dosages required to keep seeing gains but never really got definitive answers. Thoughts? Thanks again!

    I noticed a pretty serious strength increase on my last cycle by upping my doses a sligt bit... I usually stick to the 4-500/wk of test even up to my 4th cycle. I bumped the Test to 600/wk and ran NPP @ 450/wk. You dont need big doses IMO...

    For strength, I doubt anyone will doubt dbol is one of the best, so adding it for the first 4 weeks at a normal dose of 25mg ED will help a lot. You will see water weight gain, but this well most likely be gone long before cycle ends if you control the possible Estro side of bloat commonly noticed on long eaterred test. Something like Aromasin will do this just fine for you.

    Yeah so I think I'm going to go with 600 mg test/week 400 mg deca /week, and a low dose of Dbol. I'd rather underestimate and know where I'm at than overestimate and feel like I need 1500 mg AAS next cycle.

    My first cycle I did 50 mg Dbol ED and gained 5+ lbs per week. I'll see if one of my sources has Aromasin and I will likely drop the dose to 40-30 mg/day.

    Awesome...I'm so sick of Prop...I don't remember how I coped with Susp and prop last year. I was doing ED injects and had to switch to EOD. I do get a bit more acne but overall I prefer EOD. Also, the prop I had this time around is really painful, so I found heating it up in hot water helped a ton. Good luck!

    the best way is to run a lower dose cycle and see what happens, then you will know.

    if you track starting weight, bf%, measurements, food intake, etc. when you recheck 1/4, 1/2, at the end and see less bf%, better measurements then you will know you can make gains on less gear. it may be less gains then if you ran a higher dose cycle but then you know you can still make gains on less gear.

    the other thing you can do is take a year off from gear and let your body 'reset' and then run gear at a lower dose. you wont be a gear virgin, but it will be more responsive. i had a buddy take 2 years off gear and when he got back on, low dose test e 300mg/week and tren e 100mg/week he put on 10lbs of muscle.
