Warm it up? What's the best way to go about that? Put it under a light?

And if they don't go away any idea what that's supposed to mean?

Basically what it sounds like, is that the test is coming out of suspension (or what they call "crashing"). This doesnt necessarily mean that the batch is junk however.

Take the vial and run it under hot water then swirl it around to dissolve the crystals back into the solution. This may require very hot water if it does not work under faucet temp. An easy way to do this would be to draw hot water on the stove, place the vial in a coffee mug and pour some of the water into the mug. Leave in there for a few minutes then swirl.

If that still does not work, you may have to cut the solution with a solvent. I'm no expert on solution manipulation so I would definitely ask in the homebrew section if this ends up being the case.

Use the search function, i know this topic has been covered before! Good luck

It's common for Cyp to crash.
Just heat it on the stove on low heat until the hormone crystals go back into solution.
Pop the top off first, swab it, and be ready to insert a vent pin if it looks like the stopper is about to blow off from the pressure (it will swell outward first).
There is your advice from a homebrewer.

Oh, and don't leave the vial just sitting on the stove. Roll and swirl it around to spread out the heat somewhat evenly. If you don't have a glass stovetop, use a frying pan.

So I heated water to a boil on the stove and put the vial in a coffee mug poored the water in just to the top of the vial not over the cap. Let it sit for few minutes then took it out and swirled it arounnd.. Did this method a few times for about 10 minutes and it's all good now! Thanks fellas!

Give it a shot bro. My supplier said he had the vial in a cooler for a few hours so I'm thinking that's what made it seperate like that maybe got too cold, but the heating method worked for my Cyp so might work for the Mast. Let us know.

    question...
so you should store in a cool dry place but you can heat it up in water?
obviously the water isnt entering the vail but you can heat it up that hot and its ok?

Yeah, and gear doesn't really need to be stored in a cool place. It just needs to be out of direct sunlight.
The compounds are stable even above their melting point, so long as you don't exceed it too much (to where they start to break down).

Mind you, I'm not sure that keeping your gear hot would be good for it in the long term (it may speed the degradation of the oil or EO), but heating up your gear for a little while to thin it out or get it back into solution is 100% fine.
