Besides the fact that you really dont need to be on cycle to lose some bodyfat...whats the question bro?..at 190 lbs and 16% BF..eating clean and including cardio will bring the fat down...

Way too many compounds to cut with.

Just run a straight test cycle, and do what BigMax said.

Don't substitute drugs for hard work.

You need to slow down your approach, 3rd cycle at your age!!

Please listen, to many people use to many compounds to cut, you simply dont need aas to cut, you need to adjust your diet and increase your cardio and strip your bf via hardwork, the body will adjust itself and then you will need to re-adjust your diet and cardio yet again, once you hit a brick wall ( many weeks) you can then consider taking something to either help put your body into a fat burning process or something to keep your anabolic while your attack your diet to force a shift in bf.

I think you should keep the clen , especially if you tend to be of a hefty build, and loosing weight has been difficult for you. Clen is pretty mild, just make sure you are in shape cardiovascularly. Test p is not going to help you cut any more that test e does, and it hurts allot more, not to mention you will feel like a pin cushion... but it is cheaper!
