NO. Tablets could be anything, so long as they aren't in a bottle that says "steroids ".
Pharmaceutical tabs are the least of their worries (since they're much more concerned with explosives, anthrax, and bags of heroin).
An amp is obviously some sort of injectable drug (and will almost always be clearly labeled), so you just have to hope they don't open your luggage or care about such a small amount of potentially illegal gear.

Do not bring anything on your person. Between the body scanners and the patdowns, it would be WAY riskier than tossing it in your checked luggage. Besides, you get caught smuggling something on your body, its going to get you in a HELL of a lot more trouble than hiding some shit in your luggage (we're talking initial terrorism charges/suspicion and spending a rough couple of hours in an interrogation room at the least).
Besides, you really want flimsy GLASS amps taped to your nutsack??? Why is this even necessary anyway? Just mail it to yourself.

PS: and yes, the new patdowns are VERY thorough, which is why TSA has been accused of inappropriate conduct, molestation and all sorts of shit.

Im in a place I can't mail it otherwise I would in a heart beat... I dont use internet sources otherwise I would just order more and send it to said location... Might be time for PCT, was really hoping not to have to do that until after this trip.

Then just put it in your checked luggage. I would also use a razor blade to scratch off the lettering on the amp, so the worst they will do is confiscate it (since they won't be able to tell what it is).

Well I'm going into the states and when I land I have to grab my checked luggage and sometimes I have to go put it through the scanners right there like as if I were going on a plane... that way seems sketchy to me too. Its more than likely going to be PCT time.

I'm well aware of how international flights work. You shouldn't have any trouble so long as you put it in your toiletries bag. They aren't checking for that kind of stuff, and 4 amps isn't much anyway.

you are thinking it way over too much. Just put it in your checked luggage (NOT the one you bring with you on the plane) and avoid shaking and looking like you are smuggling heroin. You will be fine, no one will care about 4 amps of test or something.. and I am talking like this because I have done it personally, I was worried like you the first time I took my stuff on the plane. However your decision of course, I am too lazy to mail it but that's just me.. and besides, I feel superior passing sh1t through the airport

NO IT ISN'T!!!
Checked luggage is not inspected/scanned as thoroughly as carry-on, since it cannot easily be used for terrorism purposes. Nobody gives a damn about your 4 amps of test, so long as they aren't liquid explosives that you're trying to bring onto a plane.

The flight I am talking about was international too.. whatever you do decide to do, taping it to your nuts - dont do this, the worst idea so far.. It has to be in your checked luggage because they dont allow to bring sharp objects like razors and so in your personal luggage which you can use as a weapon, and amp is a glass which can be used to cut someone's throat or something I guess. I have traveled with GH and BA water, preloaded syringes, bottles and slin needles. I have never had a problem since I put everything in my girl's or my own checked baggage. Do not try to put stuff in your carry-on or on your person, DUMB! Do you think they are using those full body scanners for a reason? They are looking for stuff smuggled on your person. Yes I sometimes put stuff in my girl's checked baggage but she can't complain since I am the one paying for everything.

If it's an amp, scratch off anything written on it and put in checked luggage like everyone already told you. If you didn't want to do it in the first place then leave it at home and stop worrying about it. Nothing will happen. It's a glass amp. They will not take it from checked bag because they have no way of knowing and proving what it is. It's not like street drugs that can be tested using drug kits. If you take it on the plane AND especially on your person you will be caught. They will search your nuts. I took a flight recently and they got a handful. Too bad it was a dude. No one is trying to put you at risk, but I can understand being nervous. Good luck in whatever you choose.

In the past I tried travelling with gear...I remember taking a full cycle of test ampoules with me to Algeria and Egypt back in 2006-2007...I got the needles there tho ... put them in plain sight in my luggage...the fact they were from a pharmacy must have helped a lot I guess...

to europe (Sweden, Germany) I took pills mostly : proviron , tamoxifen , ciallis etc...I put them in my medical bag along with the tylenol, vitamin tablets , first aid kit etc...never had any issue.

I will be flying to turkey on the 15th for some vacations with the family...will be taking one gh pen and the pills I take...same MO: in the luggage along with the other stuff...imp thing is not to give impression you are smuggling anything or trying to hide anything...and as someone above said: keep calm

I dont travel to USA much so I dont know about how things go there but I have heard a few horror stories about Lebanese being mistreated at terminals...but in the region travelling is different...esp when u have a wife and 3 boys with you...its like the customs guy wants to get done with us ASAP because questions start raining on him: whats this, whats that ...how do you do this etc...so he wants to get done with us and move to the next passenger quick
