Possible infection. How long to wait?

I was steril all the way, but it hasn't gotten any better.

Injection was Monday at 10am 1mL test E. No pain during injection. A little blood after. I injected in the small head of my tricep (closest to shoulder) I barely hit it though. It was really close to in-between the two heads. Needle was 22g 3/4" long. Normally I use 1". I made sure to go slow. Didn't warm the oil or anything.

My arm is red three inches above injection site all the way down to my elbow now.Partly around the back of my arm too. Muscle is sore. I've had my skin get red, but usually goes away in a day or two.

Site doesn't feel super warm. I'm not freaking out yet, but how long should I wait? I traced the site today to see if it spreads further.
