I will take the advice into close consideration. I am still in the research stage of the gear. But to say I was bound and determined to ruin my body against all you guy's more informed advice. What would be some tips you would recommend while taking the winny pills? Anything I can drink or take to help combat some of its nasty negative side effects? and does anyone know the effect this would have on some one whom is HIV+? say with a t-cell count of 145?
