Dear Grandpa
So I’m about to start my 4th cycle, I’m running Test-cyp at 500mg a week and I’m not sure if I should run eq at 400 or 600 a week. My last cycle I ran it at 400, It went well this time I’m just a little undecided. I want to cut with winny starting in week 4 but I’m not too sure which direction to go? Maybe I should do both? Run 500mg of cyp an 600 eq for 10 weeks and 40mg a day of winny for 6 weeks??? Help me I’m being very in decisive. Stats and a light over view of diet.

Cals 2,800-3,200- most come with my first 4 meals. My last two are fish and spinach salad with mushrooms and green&redpepers light low fat dressing some cottage cheese 30 min before bed.
Protein- 200-250- real food and another -60 from shakes. Chicken-tuna-tilapia-mahi-mahi-turkey
Carbs- 260-320- brown rice-oats-sweet potato-Whole wheat pasata-9grain bread-veggies.
I eat a large amount of carbs In the morning around 11. I work out around 12:30. I slowly eat less carbs throughout the day basically stop eating them about 4-5 hours before bed. This has really helped me shred fat over the past 6months. I eat a can of chili if I need a quick meal. Other than that it’s pretty structured. Maybe a wrap every couple days, But it has rice and chicken in it. BLAH BLAH… Diet is decent No sugar… low sodium. Im not a nazi about it. I have few breaks maybe every 3 weeks and it’s usually for just a meal.
My work out is a little like this. I do about 40mins of cardio 85% up hill. My work outs have been a lot of supersets to burn fat, upper body 3 days a weeks. legs every 10 days it worked…. Now I’m just going back to the usual Chest Saturday-Back-Monday..ETC. But I plan on staying with the cardio- 4 days a week @40min up hill.
So it’s kind of a ramble. Just got home from work. But let me know what you think of the cycle and how it may conform to my diet!
