TBOL (Turanabol Only Cycle)
Hey im 18 years old.. 6 feet tall and weigh 120lbs. Looking forward to taking a tbol only cycle but have a few questions
how many mg a day should I take and how many times, is there a risk of man tits??, is it going to damage my body taking one cycle only, what are the gains i should expect? is it a 4 or 6 week cycle??

Given your age and stats you need food and training, not steroids . I was once about as skinny as you, I definitely sympathize.
With proper diet and training you ought to see some truly impressive results very quickly. It's after a while that it starts leveling out and it gets more and more difficult to get what you want.

what supplement would you guys reccomend because I currently take jack3d before workout then i stack gnc's gold standard whey protein and creatine after workout is there any other supps that can actually help me bulk up more?

Creatine is one of the only ones that isn't a total waste of money IMO. Amino acids, a good protein powder, fish oil, creatine, maybe a multivitamin. That's all I bother with.
Remember these are only supplements to a solid diet though.
What does your current diet and workout program look like?

my diet is not that great i eat about 3-4 times a day: breakfast then maybe a hour or two later i eat maybe a sandwich and lunch then dinner and i go to the gym 4 times a week and i let my body rest for the other 3 days.

I am skinny dude too. I have to force myself to eat. AT your height and weight I would suggest eating everything and everything. STuff yourself. I take this weight gainer called Muscle Juice. I think It has an extra 1400 calories per serving with milk and 60+ grams of protein. Eat small meals and snacks. Eat every 2 hours or so. Stuff yourself before bed. Lots of breads pasta, and lots of fish and meat. Vitamins, greens, thats important too. But yeah... screw the juice for now. It'll be a waste of time/energy/and money. Get your diet right, and take some supplements like creatine and weight gainer. I think you'll be just as satisfied. If you dedicate yourself to casualyy stuffing your face for 3 weeks... you'll be impressed with your gains.
