31yrs old
185lbs
11.7% BF
6' short
been training over 10 years. the last 6 years competition training for sports
not a strict diet, but i eat clean.

a brief cycle history. i started at 100mgs of prop eod for 8 weeks. i saw decent gains and i was happy with the results. i logged my bodyfat every week and checked my weight, i started that cycle at 189lbs and 11.7% bf. i went on to put about 6lbs of lean muscle. and i was at a solid 195lb through out the cycle. unfortunately the last few weeks in my cycle i spent injured su to sports so i could not see the full potential, but i happy with the results up to that point.

i just finished pct
and i would like to start a new cycle.
12 weeks of test cyp or eth
and i wanted to throw deca in there. i chose deca because of what i hear it can do for your joints..
i was wondering if anyone could suggest a protocol.

i compete in the 175-185 range and i don't want to be huge. i would like to put on a good 10lbs of lean muscle.. and i do what i have to do to cut weight for competition.

i'm not sure if i left anything out but any info would be great..
