    i was more referring to:

    1-12 ghrp-6 150mcg twice daily
    6-10 igf-1 lr3 20mcg 4x weekly
    15-27 grf(1-29)50mcg + 100mcg ghrp-6 twice daily
    8-25 hcg 200iu EOD
    19-23 winstrol 20mg daily
    19-23 anavar 10mg daily

    ok fair enough. how did u like being on 250 mg of sust a week for a longer time compared to a higher dose for a shorter period? what gain did u find from using those peptides? how did ur lifts improve over cycle?

    Well you need a base.Like arms traps lats legs.Quit dreamin of hooks and wake up.Get to the gym and build a foundation.

    I dont understand people for trying to bulk up over 12+ weeks. You dont just keep growing, you grow in spurts, not continously every week. You bulk for 20 weeks and you'll end up gaining more fat than muscle. Then youll try cutting thay excess while you're off cycle and end up losing the majority of your muscle in the process. You end up going one step forward and one step back! I never bother doing bulks longer than 6 weeks at a time! And with the short esters and frotloading that i do my gains tend to stop around the 5-6 week mark anyway.

    an 8 week cycle of 10mg of dbol only isn't a bad one actually. There are guys on other forums who do this. I even read a thread elsewhere where a guy admitted he used 10mg of dbol for an entire year, yet his bloodwork wasnt bad and all the replies were generally positive. It's a good way to retain muscle and to cut fat and not a terrible bridge between cycles

    this is true unless you increase the dose. Say you up the dose of test from 500 to 750...you are basically "overpowering" the halted gains and can start gaining again...then you can up it to a gram when you hit another plateau, and so on.

    I am not advising it nor have I done it, but it works according to nearly everyone

    Or try switching to hypertrophy work and let ur body heal abit before u go heavy again

    I'm in the gym 5 days, you can't squat 150kg x 10 without a base (no belt)
