Lets say your coming in at 210 pounds, and on a cycle of Prop/EQ.

In the event that you dont make that 210 grams of protien a day mark for a couple of days in a row, does your body turn catabolic - or does it just not grow any further?

I mean, lets say you put down only 100 grams of protien for a day or two, are you going to lose muscle/stay the same or what? What do you guys think?
