    i dont have a set diet yet... im trying to figure out what a good diet would be.. any suggestions? I'm new to this

    go to our diet forum. take a look through the threads at sample diets. Read all the stickied threads at the top of the diet forum on how to make your own diet, then post it and other members will help you fine tune it
