IMO He shouldn't put another thing down his throat unless it is quality food. Don't do no PCT for being on for 1 week. As many PCT meds can be very harmful as well. NO PCT, NO AAS, & NO PRO H. Let his body adjust and get the crap he has put into it out. The answer is less grabage into to the can, not more. Stick with the ideas that work. There is no need to re-invent the wheel at this point for him.

ok thanks kelevra... I'll refer that... Cause to tell you the truth, he couldn't get hold on Tamoxifen until next week and he was worried.
