    No hard lump just very puffy nipples

    Very very puffy nipples ive had them since my 2nd cycle, however ive always used adequate protection and theres no lump under the nipple seems like its just estrogenic fat. Will cutting to low BF% allow me to lose my nipple fat?

    I your nipples weren't puffy prior to aas then it is indeed the result of a skewed test/estro balance, and therefore not bf related. It's good that you don't have a nodule under either, but that doesn't negate the condition. Sensitivity, itchiness, tingling, and yes puffiness (not an exhaustive list) all herald gyno. Start an anti-gyno (AI or SERM) protocol.
