    May is Clen & T3 month

    Got my Clen and T3 from ar-r ... all was good as usual.

    I have done clen a few times and the clen is straight forward to me. T3 is like taking that first jump again, I dont full understand how to cycle. I have read a ton of posts and still a little confused..... So it is 9:45am in rainy Toronto, I am in my office after a great work out this morning and I plan on doing the Clen and T3 this morning. So please help with the doseage. Also blending this into my Tren and Prop cycle where i want to continue to run the T3.

    May 3 - May 31st
    Clen @ 80mcg 2 days / T3 @ 60mcg 2 days
    Clen @ 100mcg 3 days / T3 @ 80mcg 3 days
    Clen @ 120mcg 3 days / T3 @ 100mcg 5days
    Clen @ 140mcg 5 days / T3 @ 120mcg 10 days
    Clen @ 160mcg 15 days /
    June 1 - Aug 15
    Week 1-10 T3 @ 120mg ED ( I will be slowly ramping down T3 )
    Week 1-12 Test Prop @ 100mg EOD
    Week 1-10 Tren A @ 75mg EOD

    PCT
    Week 1-2 Clomed @ 100mg ED / Week 2-4 @ 50mg ED
    Week 1-2 Nolva @ 40mg ED / Week 2-4 @ 20mg ED

    You can increase Clen amounts daily, actually if you're a Clen vet you don't need to ramp up. That's just to acclimate one to the sides, of which you should already be acquainted...but your call.

    That's a high plateau for T3 (assuming you meant mcgs), its doses are far less aggressive then Clen's, I'd recommend maxing out at 75 mcg or 100 mcg if you're especially gutsy, but exceeding that is not recommended. Plus, I run Clen for the duration, right along my cycle like the T3 with a Benadryl protocol. Why are you short-circuiting it like that?

    Not an advocate of the Clomid & Nolva pct, but that's debatable and there are good arguments on both sides.

    hey Magic

    T3 does is mcg.... 120mcg will depend on my tolorance level. But I kind of like the idea of better safe than sorry... So 100mcg of T3 for the duration of the Tren & Prop cycle will be the way to go. I usually run clen before and after a cycle, not during. I train at 630am and keto or benadryl will just ruin me.... I do have some liquid keto but i was not able to roll my ass out of bed and needed to stop.

    as for ramping up with clen it is just what i put on paper, but i tend to just jump right to it with a fast ramp up.

    Also thinking of adding a 4-6 weeks at the begining of D-bol or Anadrol ....

    I have been told and read to never exceed more then 75-100mcg of T3 even on a cycle. Clen cycle looks fine. Dont bother with Benadryl and maybe take some Keto on your off days?

    Yup i agree with not exceeding 100mcg, so here is my revised plan...

    May 3 - May 31st
    Clen @ 80mcg 2 days / T3 @ 60mcg 2 days

    Clen @ 120mcg 3 days / T3 @ 100mcg for duration until slow ramp down

    Where is your Keto? by Clen at 140mcg you are surely going to need Keto and also I hope you plan on taking some Taurine.

    Please do not expect your receptors to up "clean" or up regulate on their own cause it wont happen.

    Yup.... I have Keto from last cycle... Did not last long on it. I started the keto around the 20th day on clen doing 1mg of keto per night... but it ruined me... could not get my ass out of bed..
    Turine i have and take 1 teaspoon in the morning with my protein shake....
