    Is my first cycle made good? Starting it soon..

    Not gunna lie. I'm 19 and im going to use AAS.. here are my measurements - 19 yr old, 188 tall, 90kg, 11-12% bf
    1-6 400-500mg weekly Test propionate
    1-6 oral winny 40mg – 10mg per 10 hours
    1-6 50mg proviron daily – 25 morning, 25 evening
    1-10 vitamin complex
    1-10 fish oil
    1-6 animal flex (damn winny)
    1-6 liv52
    pct
    I start using pregnyl second week, and Im gonna use it 10 days before I start my terapy. So its bassicly 250 iu’s every 3 days 2-5 weeks
    7-10 clomid 100mg/50mg/50mg/50mg
    7-10 – tamoxifen 30/30/30/20mg
    10-12 tribulus terrestris
    7-10 clenbuterol 6-8 tablets
    8-10 ketotifen

    Nutrition:
    1.breakfast
    200g Oats
    300 ml. Milk
    5 whole eggs

    2.
    Chicken breast
    Beans/Rice

    3. Lunch
    300-350 grams Rice/Beans/Potatoes /red tomatoes/ + salate (one of the carbs ofcourse..)
    Chicken breast
    OR
    200grams oats + 500ml. milk + whey

    4.Before training
    1 scoop whey, 5 egg whites, salate, beans/rice

    5. (after trainning)

    2scoops of whey
    1 Banana
    glutamine

    6. Dinner

    Chicken breast/salate + little rice/beans


    7. Before bed
    1 scoop casein,glutamine,200 grams cottage cheese

    Training :
    1 Chest,bis,abs (injection)
    2 Back,traps, abs (injection)
    3. Rest
    4. Shoulders,traps,tris (injection)
    5.Legs,calves (injection)
    6 Rest
    7 Repeat (injection )
