    Clen in a water bottle?

    I am planning on doing clen during my pct to try and keep some gains and stay lean. Is it ok to just put the days dose in a water bottle (I have liquid clen from a-ar) and drink it throughout the day? I have a bottle that has measurements on the side so I could see that I was gtaking the right amount at the right times.

    If so, no! Please don't add microgram measured liquids to water bottles, take them straight, along with a chaser.

    yea just shoot the dose and chase it with some water or juice if you need. Good luck with the clen cycle.
