DIET AS FOLLOWS-
8.00am BREAKFAST
Shreddies 60 g 206 cals
Skimmed milk 150 ml 51 cals
10.30am SNACK
Promax Meal bar 1 206 cals
1.00pm LUNCH
Wholegrain bread 2 slices 134 cals
Mayonnaise (low calorie) 10 g 30 cals
Tuna steak in brine (tin) 200 g 156 cals
Promax Meal bar 1 206 cals
3.30pm SNACK
Wholegrain bread 2 slices 134 cals
Salad cream (light) 20 g 47 cals
Skinless chicken breast (grilled) 130 g 151 cals
6.00pm DINNER
Sirloin steak 200 g 330 cals
Baked potato 350 g 256 cals
DAILY TOTAL 1907 calories
