meal 1: whole banana, half cup oats, 3 egg whites, 1 scoop whey protein 25g (all blended with skimmed milk)

meal 2: tin of tuna, 4 heads of brocoli, 1 avacardo pear

meal 3: large chicken breast with half cup brown rice or sweet potato and red apple

    TRAIN

meal 4: 2 scoops whey protein with 2 bananas

meal 5: half a pack extra lean minced beef (or a lean steak some nights) with 2 large fresh tomatoes and mixed salad with olive oil

meal 6: half a pot cottage cheese and berries

    BED

if it's a cutter you are doing,

the fruit basically causes an insulin spike, and that's not what you want to do..

also i'd drop any dairy at all, the cottage cheese, and skim milk

add lentils with each meal as a carb source, so basically i like meal #5 and your pwo meal..

olive oil and avocado is not enough omega3 to do what you want..

but what you have laid out is a traditional bb meal plan, what im suggesting is creating an environment where you will be burning fat 24/7 and should be able to keep your energy level up, legumes are something we in the industry just don't pay enough attention too, for the past 2 months i've replaced carbs with legumes and haven't looked back..
