It sounds to me like your man is not motivated here whatsoever. Again, he needs to be more interested in his health than you are. And until doing so, I bet you are shooting blanks. Coming here to this site does not require a computer nerd. Sounds like he makes you the go-to gal for him by having you do all the work.

I bet if you got him to register he would feel a lot better about himself. Plus with men, he might have an issue he just does not feel comfortable discussing with you anyway and the guys could help him sort it out. All of this is very personal. Everyone reacts to these chemicals in different ways.

Is he skinny? Do you think he needs steroids?
He is never going to be more interested in his health lol. what does that mean, until doing so, i bet you are shooting blanks? meaning he is? he doesnt MAKE me do things for him. He wanted me to look all this stuff up for him. He is not good with computers and its just easier for me. Plus, even if he gets an acct and posts something. he is going to have ME post it for HIM. he doesnt type near as quickly and im just way better at these things. if he ever wants to even send an email or anything he has ME do it. not a big deal for me. its not hard and i am a fast typer. like i said he is hardly ever on the computer anyway.

no he is not skinny. he used to be when we first met, 13 years ago. but isnt now. he weighs around 170 is 5'10". his lower body isnt that muscular. he doesnt even work out his lower body. only his upper body. doesnt do any ab work either. he says he wants to get his chest first and then will do abs. i try to tell him he should do it all, not one a a time, but who am I and what do i know lol? i worked out using the jillian michaels DVD 30 min workout and it kicked my butt. i tones up really well and is cardio and weights. but he doesnt have alot of time, he doesnt go to a gym. he works out at home with his own weight bench. most guys that are dedicated, avid into their body go to the gym or work out more often, at least i would think. my husband doesnt want to just work out all the time and never be able to do anything else. he enjoys way too many other things to just put working out as his ONLY thing to do with the time he has.

If he is 160 something and 5'10" he is too skinny for AAS. He obviously doesnt know much about how to grow muscle. His poor diet wont allow him to grow even on AAS. And 30-45 mins three times a week is too weak. Even the cycle he is planning is not very well. This is going to be a train wreck and should be stopped now.

But he will more than likely have to learn the hard way since he wont even invest a little of his own time to learn. Is he really that lazy?

Could be interpreted several ways......either you are shooting blanks by not getting anywhere with him....or....

IF he does not even bother to work out? This plan of his is for naught. He will not hold his gains. Plus the sides that some with it? not worth it. He sounds down right unmotivated to me.

    Can he type? at all?
Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.

FL Chick. It sounds like your efforts to directly help your husband are futile. I would recommend (being an LPN myself) that you stick around anyway and learn as much as possible. Maybe there will come a time when he'll need the knowledge (like if he were to cycle anyway).

Read about hCG and AI's, as well as typical PCT and the ancillaries used.

He'll need to know that 250mg/week of Test is basically a TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) dosage, and won't really do much in terms of mass gaining. 500mg/week is typical, however some see results with 300-350mg. I would say don't encourage him to do anything until he at least reads some stickies that you will inevitably end up printing out for his lazy, computer illiterate ass.

    Happy babying to you!

Sorry to say, but this is just parroting that his infiltrated the forums, I am on TRT and have been for a while at 100mg/wk and my test levels are in the supraphysiological range. It's different for everyone, but 250mg/wk is WAAYYYY over what anyone with a solid medical background in endocrinology would prescribe(sorry to say, but TRT "clinics" are complete bullshit, the "doctors" they have know nothing most of the time and are just in it for the profit).

Remember that the average male produces 4-7mg of testosterone per day.

    I agree i was on 100mg a week and was above 1100.

HRT clinics to me are the "pain managment" clinics of the 90's. You pay alot for a script of something you want that a normal dr wont give you. It all about $$$
