newbie to this..need advice
hey..ive done 2 winstrol cycles and 1 clenbuterol cycle before..pleased with the gains but now i plan to take winny-50mg a day,anavar -40mg for 7 weeks and clenbuterol standard 2 week course increasing the dosage by one tablet till i reach 4 and progressively lowering towards the end twice during the 7 week cycle
i'm mainly looking to cut up..bulk wise i'm happy..
i was wandering if any anti estrogen such as novaldex would be usefull to acheive this with this cycle..any added info would be much apreciated

most are gonna advise a small dose of test but if you didnt have any libido prbs with the win cycles you prb wont with this one. IMO cutting takes diet/exercise, bulking takes aas.

mmm libido was so and so actually just on the winstrol ..adding anavar could make it worst..
what does IMO mean and aas?sorry im new to all the terms...
im not tp good on cardio due to smoking..bulkingis not really a problem..its finding the perfect balance of ripping but not losing bulk i find hard

IMO- in my opinion
AAS- anabolic androgenic steroid
You need to do cardio regardless. If your going to cut, even with AAS you will need to do plenty of it.
And I agree with the above psters- the cycle is bad.

whats wrong with the cycle? what cycle would you recommend?
my diet is general 130g protein a day..chicken,fish so on..
my stat's are 84kg,6'1

"so on" doesnt tell us much. You need to post up your typical food intake for a day along with macros and total cals in the diet section so someone like gbrice can sort it out. You would be amazed at how much better eating correctly will do for your physique. Its more important than any compound you can take.

fair point..i work nights so sleep around 4am wake up at 1pm
well 1pm breakfast, strawberries or bananas with 32g scoop of protein mixed with soya milk blended .or porridge with milk and banannas..i take 2 gree tea tablets and carnitine
4pm protein shake with soya milk
6pm train
7pm protein shake
9pm chicken/salmon/tuna/ with 1 packet of crisps which i allow to be my one bad intake
1am protein bar
4 am i take zma before sleep
this 6 times a week..wednesday i take off and eat anything nothing specific

Okay, your diet needs allot of work. Post it in the diet section. And ask those guys to help out. 3 shakes a day imo isn't good, your body needs real food.
