My friend has ran test e cycle cycle ending tomorrow his pct is due to start september 28th (2 weeks after) he has been called away on work to a different county he is wondering will it be ok to take pct 3 weeks after upon returning or take clomid with him in a vitamin tub?

It's best to take it as scheduled.
And a vitamin/medication bottle would suffice, remember TSAs are looking for trouble not vitamins.
All they want to know is that your bottle as tabs in it, and not liquids.

if he's in the UK whats he worried about carrying clomid for?

Wasn't sure if he could take with him? How do protein powders work on a plane and what about animal pak (multi vit)

Would you keep these items in hand luggage or packed items

Protein powder and vitamins are fine. They won't catch the Clomid or care unless he's really dumb about it. Put them in your checked luggage.
