    Question First Cylcle 46 years old.

    After many long nights and ping ponging back and forth over orals vs pin...this is what i have decided on and purchased:

    Test Ethanate 400/week mon and thurs ---wk 1-10
    Methanabol (dbol ) 30mg/day --------------wk1-4

    Tamoxifen 20mg/day ---------------------wk 1-15
    Clomid ??? need help here.

    6ft 200lb (bf 14% as of today)
    Weightlifting for a number of years - serious for last two

    Diet is pretty clean but room for improvement.

    It consists of complex carbs (oatmeal, brown rice, whole weat bread) lean meats, a lot of fish, chicken and tuna, whole eggs/whites, milk, cottage cheese. I would like my calories to be around 3000 with about 40-50% protein, 30-40 carbs, and no more than 20%fats. i will square this away in more detail as the starting point (pun intended) approaches.

    I'm not certain about the Clomid. I'm considering weeks 1-10 Anastrozole .5 mg per day and then continuing to run this for 10 days after cycle.

    whole wheat bread is not complex carbs
    milk has lactose (sugar) in it, more simple carbs

    not crazy about the dbol this being your first cycle

    what is your TDEE? is it really below 3k? and will only 3k calories be sufficient for growth.

    if you want growth, you MUST eat. 3k cals seems light.

    if you want to keep your gains, square the diet away first, and post in the diet section.

    at only 3k cals, willing to bet your gains will dissipate shortly after the end of your cycle.

    My experience with dbol + test cycle was that I gained 25lbs in 4 weeks of nice puffy water weight. I lost most of it after PCT. Forget the dbol for your first cycle. Concentrate on the Test E.

    Yeah, up those carbs a bit. And i'd use at least 500mgs per week.

    While your probably right at the age of 46 he may not have the metabolism to eat a super high calorie diet. Im only 36 and have the metabolism of a turtle and can gain on 2500 calories a day. Im shooting for 3k to 3500 depending on the day on my bulk but to most this could almost be a cut or maintenance.

    My tdee is 2022. I'll try to up it to 3500

    Should i use the clomid with nolva? Or should i look for aromasin /arimidex . Should my pct start at the end of my cycle, or should i incorporate an every day pct?

    use clomid and nolva for pct. Your pct will start 2 weeks after your last injection
    get aromasin or a-dex for use on cycle and drop the nolva during cycle
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Not sure age is a huge player in TDEE. to a certain extent it is. I'm 50. My TDEE is high, and it is very difficult with the buffet style eating we have over here to stay above my tdee. In fact, the food here gives me the shits/gas, so i've been dropping back abit, and unfortunately, losing weight.

    So the tdee is critical to know.

    if not much cardio, then the tdee will not be as high, and easier to gain

    if your tdee is 2022, then 3000cals/day should be sufficient to start. I'd balance the protein / carbs out and keep the fat around half your carbs. typical of a 40/40/20 ratio. but this isn't written in stone. most here would begin to make adjustments after a month or so, so suit their needs best.

    but, and this is critical, study the nutrition section, and know the difference between complex and simple carbs, and when to eat them. get familar with the gly***ic index and why that is important.

    Since you haven't posted your diet in the nutrition section yet, hard to see what needs to be adjusted. I don't see any veggies, especially green leafy veggies. So, to get better advice, we need better data.

    i started my diet today. this is what it looks like. i scoured it off the net and personalized it.

    Meal Plan

    4 eggs(2 whole)
    1/2 cup oats
    1 Multi grain w/ Natural Peanut Butter
    1 Orange

    Snack = Yogurt/Whey/Natural Peanut Butter

    2 Fillet fish or 15 med shrimp or chicken breast or tuna
    1/2 cup Broccoli
    1/2cup Brown rice
    1 Banana

    WORKOUT

    (during workout)
    25 grams whey isolate
    5 grams BCAAS
    5 grams glutemine
    5 grams creatine

    (post workout)
    50 grams whey isolate
    10 grams glutine
    5 grams Bcaas


    30min later..
    Tuna (no mayo)
    10 Almonds

    2 Fillet fish or 15 med shrimp or chicken breast or tuna
    1/2 cup Brown Rice
    1/2 cup Broccoli

    Snack = 5oz Tuna and 10 Almonds

    Bedtime Meal
    250ml Cottage cheese
    Whey Protein

    this is my final plan with the diet i just posted..

    do you think my clomid is too high? should it be more like 50/50/25/25? also, should my Aromasin be 12.5 ed? rather than just in the pct? nolva?

    oops just saw this now.

    clomid/ nolva pct. if im switching out aromasin for nolva do you have suggestion for numbers and weeks? aromasin 12.5ed?
