    Correct me if im wrong, but doesn't good fats help to build muscle? Eg cashew nuts so would it be wrong to have a handfull of them after workout?

    Contrary to the popular bro science, you CAN have fats while slin is active without getting fat. The key, imo, is not to go to excessive with either (carbs or fats). Too many guys get fat on slin because they get scared in take in a TON of carbs for something like 10ius. lol.

    Anyway, I'm kinda surprised to see so many negative reviews on slin. My guess is the nay-sayers haven't really tried it and are just going off what they heard.

    And to everyone who is scared of slin. That's cool. And it is something you need to always RESPECT, no matter how comfortable you are with it, but if you haven't tried it, why come into a thread saying how scary it is?

    I like slin. Nothing else really helped me pack on the pounds like slin and tons of test.

    Well depending on the type of insulin your planning on taking, it has a peak time and an duration.
    Some one correct me if im wrong, but this is how it was explained to me.

    If i were taking 10IU post work out, i would have my dextrose shake with my amino acids with 40grams of dextrose, BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine and 15 minutes later id consume my protein shake with has 30g of protein and about 40 grams of carbs in it, to keep up that ration of 7-10grams of dextrose/carbs per 1IU of insulin.
    And i use Novolog so it peaks at about 2 hours 30 minutes, at about 3 hours i start to get intense hunger and shakes, so i make sure at 2hr 30min that ive had my post work out meal which is 250g of sweet potato and 300g of steak.

    Or if this were a Pre work out shot, id consume 70g of dextrose, with my supps, then id have 30g of dextrose in some water and just consume slowly over my work out and then 2hr 30min after my first injection i make sure to have consumed a meal or a shake with dextrose in it.

    Creatine isnt really nessisary though if your taking test and on cycle i dont think?? dont think you'll have effects like that ass the effects from aas and slin will be greater correct me if im wrong

    im not sure, i dont normally take creatine its just a glutamine creatine taurine blend i bought for when i use Clen , figured the glutamine would do me some good on cycle.

    What is the normal mmol i should be at? Its currently 1 and 1/2 hours after workout and after taking 10iu insulin my mmol is at 3.3. How long shall i wait for it to go down before i take some more carbs in?
