I read multiple studies where it says the body can't consume more than 20 g of protein in one sitting... Don't ask me to pull out the studies. Anyways, why would I lie? I also used to think that getting two scoops of protein was key. I'm down to one (20 g) and it works perfect. Of course if you're on a cycle you could take more since the body metabolizes more protein when it has an increased testosterone level.

I do agree with the above post. I seen this multiple times in very convincing articles.
I don't believe it any more. But, I have no real facts to back it up.
It just sounds like bs kinda.

can anyone else back this up???
Obviously im gonna be running slin next week, and if possible, would like to be consuming a protein shake that contains 100g of protein but i dont want to if its gonna go to waste. with slin the most vital time to get protein in is within 5 hours and i wanna get in as much as possible.
