That would be an amazing feat even with AAS.

    The numbers sound inflated.

it may be possibble to drop from 15% to 8% bf in 70 days.
it may be possible to gain 25 lbs in 70 days.

I just ran the numbers. so the overall net weight gain is 25lbs. but....
overall increase in LBM = 38lbs, and... (that's over half a pound a day!!)
overal decrease in bf = 13lbs

    and natty too, huh?

I'm sorry, I just have a real tough time thinking that a bloke can lose and gain all that all at the same time in that short of a period of time.

    I'm raising the BS flag!

Exactly but you would think people in the sports industry would know this is BS so how can this get published.

Lol just read some idiots comments below the article.

"This isn't that big of a deal. Anyone ,like me,who spends a lot of time in the gym knows this is difficult, but certainly not the results of steroids .Three months of dedicated effort will get most people that put forth their best efforts, similar if not better results."

Wow. Just...WOW. Half a pound a day. Doesn't seem possible.

Regardless, good for him. I can only imagine the hard work he put in, and I am happy he was rewarded for it.

I know it looks and sounds impossible but there have been more unrealistic miracles happen and proven. Maybe he is one in a billion who's body reacts and rebuilds good enough for that to actually be true, either way its probably bs but it could really inspire someone to achieve good goals for themselves. Congrats on him, and if true than congrats again...

It says 3 month's. Doubt it was 10 weeks. If you do 3 a day's and eat you can gain some muscle. He didn't workout before and was an accountant. Who cares how much muscle he gained that ****er runs a 4.4 at 240lbs. and a 3 foot vertical!
