biggest mistake u can make in the gym is trying to train like a pro or follow a pro's routine,.

Being a pro isn't like being a world class singer or guitarist or golfer. This sport isn't about cognitive skill, in a way it is very similar to say, a 100m sprinter. You need to have the genetics to be able to compete at that level. Without it, you won't get close.
