Face Bloat question

27, 165lbs, 5'10 -lifting for almost 3 years. I just started my first cycle of test Enth 500mg a week on June 15th, I just took my 4th shot today, and I started my cycle at the end of a 16 week cut. I began to reintroduce calories back into my diet at the same time I started my cycle, I am now above my maintenance cals, and I have actually cheated and eaten some cake and cookies and sh** like that a handful of times since I began to bulk. I feel as though my face has puffed out considerably in the past 2 weeks. My question is...can I start to bloat in the face before the effects pf the cycle even kick in, or does it sound like it has more to do with my diet being to laxed?

Are you using a Ai? It's mainly sodium and water retention if you are seeing bloat.

Bloat can occur before you notice the positive sides of a compound.

Also, assuming you have greatly increased carbs as well as sodium with your increase in diet, you may be holding more water due to the food.

Increase your water intake. If that doesnt help start a low dose of an AI

I am not using an AI, I just have Nolva on hand in case of any sides, I was told to just do the Enth without other stuff and to keep Nolva as a backup, just in case side effects like gyno start to feel like they are happening, I was told to do the test without the other stuff as a way of seeing how my body reacts to it and to know if test by itself will cause negative side effects for me. Is that actually a good idea, or famous last words haha? I will def try and keep it cleaner from here on out. One more question though,...if I were to start getting itchy or tender feeling nipples...how many mg of nolva would you guys recommend a day for my bodyweight, (I'm about 12% BF). And do I take it all at once or spread out the doses through the day. I feel like all of the gyno-prevention articles on here dont discuss time of day.

you're supposed to run test on its own without any other AAS for your first cycle. but AI and HCG are on-cycle therapy that helps you to limit estro sides and speed up recovery. you're supposed to run these together with your test only cycle. get some from arr and start. remember, AI is to be taken orally, drink the solution. don't inject AI!!

yes everything at ar-r is real. So all you have for pct in nolva also?

I will admit it, I thought I did a lot of research but as I am continuing to read...not so much. I do have, 24, 50mg Clomid tabs for PCT, and I have 20, 10mg Nolvas, and 10, 20 mg of nolva, for PCT, the nolva is also for any possible gyno, but I will get the AI immediately

letro is oral. I wouldnt take that much, i personally wouldnt use letro

Did you already order, if not get the liquidex for ai. IF you already got letro thats an ai too, im not sure how to dose it

start adex (liquidex) at .25mg eod n adjust as needed

You don't need an ai during pct

Nolva and Clomid make for a solid pct

i got the liquidex off ar-r , so as soon as i get it i should take .25mg eod, until the last shot of my cycle..and then not use it for pct, correct?

ur also gonna need more clomid and nolva. or at least depending on how you dose. what did you plan on running?
100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20?

yeah if i were gonna run anything like what you just said i would def need more, i know i already asked but i can get real clomid and nolva from ar-r ....it just seems weird that they would have that stuff, plus the liquid clen and t3 seem weird, but if u guys say so, i believe that u guys def know more then me.

jpowell, the 100 of clomid for 2 full weeks seems like a bit much, i was gonn do the day 1 - 300, day 2 - 100, and then 50 from there on in...as for the Nolva i was gonna do 20mg a day for 4 weeks....no good?
