Tell the doc you had a B12 shot.

B12 is a water soluble vitamin called cobalamin.

be sure to do your research on b12 as the doctors no idiot. It may not be offered in your country without a perscription. At least this is the case in Canada. I order mine online. Its way better than telling him your on gear but be prepaired for him to be annoyed with you either way.

I doubt you have an infection man. . . Is it just sore? Is it warm to the touch? Are you feverish?
Either way you can't let the Doc find out it's juice.

Do not ice it!!!! That could cause the test to fall out of suspension and form crystals. And that's not good. Use a heating pad or microwavable gel pack or something similar.

Im not 100% if it is infected its just a tiny white lump on the injection mark its very swore and iv had it for 4 days now, do you recommend avoiding the doctors completely then?

Usually after 4 days my soreness is getting better. I'd seriously consider a doc visit.

Just been to the doctor, she in no way believed i had a b12.. She was asking me constant questions about it and said it seems very peculiar, but apparently the lump is nothing and will go down very soon just needs warm massaging...
