I've been taking anadrol for 3 weeks now and since week 1 I haven't been able to relax enough to the point of falling asleep within 1 hour of lights out. Checked my BP, tried not eating so close to bedtime, tried eating closer to bedtime, warm milk.. Counting sheep and all that bull**it.

Can't think of anything else and it's throwing my diet and training out of wack. I'm finding myself staying awake longer and craving garbage food. My training is hindered because I'm not getting to the gym at the time I feel most comfortable.

PLEASE HELP!!
