    I'm going to try and eat more though for sure, so on off days I should keep the macros the same or lower carbs maybe? I also run 2x a week for 20 mins post workout and one 45 min run but they're all low intensity.

    Alrighty, yeah I know it's better I just don't like the taste. Well I can always just have brown rice or pasta instead right? I haven't looked it up but isn't 2 cups brown rice like 80g of carbs?

    u doing wrong then u expect gain use white rice Instead of brown rice gotta more calories more carbs u half of ur daily food should be takin from carbs at least 50percent just add more honey. and another mistake about supplement .supplement out there for u to achieve ur goal get series mass or mass fusion or even true mass they all great and one serv give u 1000 more cals another mistake go out there and buy cell tech from muscle tech no one can run away from gaining believe me or even creatine matrix is working prefect like the best one =cell mass very simple just mix it whit water and eat theres no limit and i cant eat anymore im done im full bl...... and use high gi like snakcs they make u starving soon not feeling full like low gi . fat got a 9 cals take advantage of it and dont run dont do cardio just keep it before starting workout to get blood flowing through your body

Giantbeast, you have some points but the white rice over brown, you can eat more yes, but the carbs aren't as effective, I mean I could eat a box of poptarts in one meal also, no problemo. But are we powerlifting? Also 20 mins cardio 3x a week or 1 45 min run isn't going to rip the muscle off my bones...it actually would increase metabolism = make me more hungry, I do it to help my workouts and it's healthy. As far as suppliments I don't believe they all work that well, depends on the individual, like creatine did nothing for me for ex. I get what you're trying to say though!

    of course u get hungry cuz there,s no energy u do cardio when u wanna get weight when u are ectomorph sound pretty funny u barely can eat more cals MORE than u should and u waste that cals whit running? U METABOLISM IS NATURALLY HIGH U AINT STORAGE FAT U BURN IT. when u wanna do something just FOCUS on it when a guy want GAINING weighT just A FEW GUYS couches tELL them do treadmILl 3 times a week cause their storage fat (endomorphic ) 45 min ITS EXACT TIME TO BURN FAT AND PERFECT FOR A FAT GUY NOT FOR U .u wanna get big u GOT TO HAVE FIRST SOME fat when u get 10 more pound u hold it RIGHT THERE train HARDER- more reps and gain more muscle yes take to long but its workING. thEn when u GET WEIGHT changE the AMOUNT OF carbs to protEIN take pro to 50 percent AT LEAST specially ON NONE TRAINING CUZ THAT DAY U REST U GONNA GROW and having bcaa and essential amino ACID and protEIN GOLD STANDARD .     I got what you mean, still, I do like 20 mins cardio, it's burning barely any cals and is healthy for me. I've been eating a lot on off days to gain weight like you said, i've gained a bit more fat so we'll see soon how much I can get!
