    Winstrol on strength and speed

So, with taking Winstrol for 6 weeks, injection form, what strength gains can be expected? Don't care about mass, don't care about that lean muscle look, just on that strength and speed. Also, how well can that speed and strength be maintained after the cycle on Nolvadex or Clomid?

you know that winn will shut your natty system down to some degree. and you may or will experience ED issues.
I would run it along side test and then your gtg.
but I need stats before I go further.
    age
    weight
    height

He started another thread asking about his workout: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...t=#post6134576

And he admitted that he is way too young and underdeveloped for gear, yet he makes another thread asking about Winstrol .......

Umm, who's Canseco? o.o And I'd like to say, even though I've been on here for a short amount of time, I like how the community actually has a regard for the well being of one another. So to you guys, y'all are cool

If you got those gains from the other thread, WHY IN GODS NAME would you want to juice? That is just ignorant. I certainly have a hard time believing that you did this natty on that diet, but if you did, it proves everyones body responds differently. I say dont touch it at all period. But if that was natty just this year, not way I would jeopardize that genetic potential by chancing a go with AAS.

o.o Sounds like an intense diet there. Buuuuutttt, my coach told me only 1 gram of protein per pound of weight.

Eh, might as well say it because at this point, I'm not even thinking about doing it anymore, especially after everyone saying my gains are good enough as is. True age is 17.

There ya go. Just be honest with us and we'll be honest with you. Your results are impressive, however your diet and exercise routine needs a ton of work. Hit up the Nutrition sub-forum and get your diet in check and find a reputable workout program. Best of luck.

Oh, and yeah, I have no idea how the calorie thing works. I just gain like, a poundish a week or so from what I do, except for the recent plateau I've been hitting since I've started a lot of cardio.

total: 2000 to 2300 calories give or take

Now, I do snack! Sometimes I eat a little dry cereal here and there to curb my appetite, but it's all good. I think I may be working at a caloric deficit though.
This was your diet for the year and you still managed to gain 33 lbs? Something's not right here

Yeah, I gained from 160-193 in a full year. But it can be said I was recovering from a few months of bulimia+wrestling, which could have made my gains quite easy.
Also, your calorie counting on my diet was wrong. My shake is 300 calories, creatine makes it 450. And the break is like, 120 per two slices. I counted

    Meal 1-360
    Meal 2-300
    Meal 3-330
    Meal 4-440
    Meal 5-450
    Meal 6-400-480.
This turned out to 2360 for me, which does make me wonder why I gained like I did. But, I'm not completely strict, and I prolly consume a few hundred more with snacking in the day.

Doubled your maxes means you didn't max much weight to begin with.
This is sounding like I want to pop a winn pill so I can beat some guys up with my massive strength

Yeah =/ Only maxing at a 315 bench, 350 squat, and 260 close grip at the moment. And nah, only reason I thought about using winn was for that little extra oomph I needed for d end.

Man I was I n the same spot as you in HS. I contemplated using AAS because I needed to get bigger in order to get a college scholarship. Take it from me man it's not worth it. I luckily did my research and it took me about 6 months of weighing the pros and cons. And the cons out weigh the pros all day. Just get a good protein, creatine, multi vitamin, pre work out, and diet. Oh and drink about 100 ounces of water a day!! I'm telling you this will work. Oh and one more thing none of this will work without busting your ass in the gym and on the field!! I went from 205 to 230 doing this and it took a shit load of work but I ended up getting a full ride to D1 college playing linebacker. Just eat your ass off man. Oh and no AAS will make you faster. Work on your hips and footwork Do a lot of hurdle work and 20 minutes of stretching. Let me know If you have any questions regarding football drills or work outs. I have tons!!! Be smart my man I was there once and it's not worth it
