Did my first cycle of Ethanate at 250mg per shot. 1 shot per week. PCT'd with HCG powder. Kept all strength gains and actually continued getting stronger. I only do Crossfit. But my strength went up 50-70 pounds across the board on lifts. Maintained my cardio still can run sub 28:00 4 mile. Starting second cycle soon. Going to be upping it to 500mg per week at 2 shots a week. I've heard mixed reviews that its not really going to do anything. But my first cycle my strength went through the roof and I still kept all my cardio. I don't know who to listen to but I'm going wwith my gut as well ad the results.

Any info? Or any idea if ill make the same gains as the first time...Put it this way. I was maxing clean and jerk around 205-215 now I'm hitting 285-305 depending on the execution of the lift.

As in I wont get any stronger but my first cycle I jumped HUGE. So I tend to lean towards the irrefutable facts that I got stronger and kept it. I have nolva for AI. Recommend anything else? I have essentially whatever I need at my disposal.

Nolva is a serm not an ai. And yes you will see results from 500mg. The results may not be as drastic as the first time

include an ai on cycle. and run your hcg on cycle too.

Hard to say. But the more you advance the slower the gains come. Or we all would be huge and benching 500

cant say, everyone is different. but if i was a betting man i would say yes or very close to it if your diet is on and you run it 12wks.

Fix has a point about gains slow down and I believe genetics and diet play an even more important role then they already do. So gains will be up to you. Cause diet training and rest you can control

My diet is on point. Diet isn't an issue. I'm just worried about blocking to much estrogen.

I think since you kinda screwed up and only shot the 250mg 1x per week when it should have been split betwwen 2 injections you did not maintain as good of blood level as you could have and may honestly see MUCH better gains out of this cycle!

its actually optimal the day before but if you split your shot with your test you'll be fine...but NOT IN THE SAME NEEDLE. just wanted to clarify that..

No No...2X a week is the desired amount for any dose of the Enethate ester. So 250mg on Mon and 250mg on Thurs is puuuurrrfect

On a phone so forum lags a bit. Alright so ill just do what stated above. Good ol AI's day before injection. How much HCG . Buddy says around 12,000-14,000 IU 's ill need. What should the dosage on the HCG powder be?

good gawd no. you need a grand total of 6000iu if youre running it for 12 wks if your running ti for ten wks then you need 5000iu. either way it requires two bottle because the life of hcg is around 4-5wks UNLESS you cabn pick up hcg @2500iu. i cannot get this in my area so my advice is based on what i do.
