Can we stop the name calling and assuming what a person looks like or what they might be. THIS, is a no win situation and frankly, aren't we a little more mature than that?

haha, wow funny thread. I gotta check out some of his other posts, hes got a few riled up! I really didnt think his question was that ridiculous but maybe stacked up with a bunch of other threads they may add up??
My 2 cents, I go hard for entire cycle as I dont want to waste the opportunity. I try to schedule my program to ensure proper rest throughout without needing to take extended time off or deload.

I'd encourage you to check out Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 profram. I'm very fond of it. Jim incorporates a deload week every 4 th week.

Haha your threads are anything but dull thompson! As for 7 days rest, seems too long i'd personally go for 2 days off If i felt tired and fatigued. But only u know how ya bidy responds. im cufrently in pct after my 1st cycle and i had to physically restrain myself from going the gym on my restdays. and my normall sessions are 90+ mins 6 days a week. if your fatigued maybe someting in your diet could be improved or changed?
