It's possibly from increased training volume and an increase in the weight your using. If you're smaller framed your connective tissue has to catch up with the increase in strength. This can happen to large frame people also. Keep up the supplements but ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) can help too.

    ^^^Agreed.
Also, be more cognizant of the way in which you're lifting. Resultant pain in the very specific two areas you describe generally occur together when excessive straight bar bi and tri work are performed. Be sure to use the EZ-bar when possible, and get either supportive wrist wraps or gloves that wrap your wrists.

    welcome

i experienced similar pains in my forearms when using dbol . i attributed it mostly to water retention and additional muscle/joint stress from strength gains. eventually it went away and it was fine for me.

Yeah Im guessing same as above, connective tissue is not conditioned to the increased work load. My first cycle my shoulders hurt like crazy!! Little bit this cycle but not as bad, wrist is getting a little sore now though. Weird thing with my shoulders is that as long as i keep working hard they are fine, take a couple days off and they start aching like crazy???

Yes you can. Your starting to change and train more, harder and lift more. Increasing weight causes this.

I'm sorry. I was asleep in my recliner, dreaming of warm summer days chasing after scantily clad women.....

    ....what were you saying?

the solution is to probably change up and alternate between your routines. Not sure how long you've been lifting this last time, but it takes a few years tto toughen up connective tissue. If you haven't been in the gym the requisite few years prior to cycling, when you come off cycle, you may notice additional aches and pains.

Thanks alot for taking the time to reply its very much appreciated and all your info will be put into practice and taken on board. I'm 26, 6"2 and 100kg not sure what that is in pounds, been training on and off for a fair few years but have taken it up a notch in the past 18 months. Thanks again I'm off to get this connective tissue sorted!!
