    Question First cycle

    25mg dbol everyday for the first five weeks, then I want to stack 25mg of winstrol with the dbol for the next 5 weeks everyday. Any input or suggestion would be helpful.

    I'm 5'11, 150lbs, not sure on bf% but I'm on the lean skinny side.

    That is a terrible cycle of orals only.
    At 150 lbs you need to learn to eat more.
    How long have you been training?
    Can you please list everything you ate yesterday?

    Back to the drawing board on this one. Where did you get the idea of doing this? Who ever is advising you is a dangerous person and you should stay away from him/her.

    I'm also interested in your diet, I feel confident that is where the problem is.

    Where on earth do you guys come up with these horrible oral things? Can't even call it a stack ecause it a big mistake. Read the educational threads and beginner cycles.

    as said above mate that looks like a terrible stack if you can even call it a stack, do some more research there is some top notch info on this board if your willing to listen and learn..... you may not hear what you want to but its in your best intrest. for now focus on getting your diet and training spot on build up a nice base then maybe consider a test only cycle somewhere down the track...... good luck mate

    Protein shake around 8:30 followed by two chicken breast, two egg whites around 10, tuna only out of the can with a turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread around 1, couple of milky way candy bars, protein/creatine shake before the gym at 5 then a protein shake and peanut butter sandwich right after the gym. Two whiting fillets and Brussels sprouts for dinner around 7. I'm 160 lbs the 150 was a typo. I've been training on and off about 10 years due to motorcross injuries, and I'm 28yrs

    This isn't meant as a slam, rather a effort to get you to stop and think. You haven't even read (or at the very least followed) the board rules and posted a proper intro. Its no surprise then that you haven't taken advantage of this HUGE and VALUABLE resource of information to do a little homework concerning chemicals you're considering putting into your body. Had you done this, you'd realize how ludicrous this FIRST post/questions seems to these guys. Do some reading Bro. Its all here for the taking!!

    oh dear god, please go to the nutrition section and get some advice on learning how to eat... my pet mouse eats more than that

    Can you list the macros of each of your meals? Sorry I should have ask that before.
    Do you know what your TDEE is?
    Shakes can never take the place of real food. And a couple of milky way candy bars?

    Lets learn how to eat then we can build from there.
