    This is a coincidence, I pinned my right quad for the first time Sunday. I am on week 3 of a Test E cycle (first cycle) and have hit the glutes twice each side and never had a problem. I thought the quad would be easier because of the angle (and it definately was) but last night I could not even sleep due to the soreness. No redness or swelling just a PAIN. Now I am so exhausted I wont be able to hit the gym.

    I was pinning 3ml in my quads for 5 weeks with no problem. Some light soreness but nothing debilitating.....until I hit a vessel and caused a massive hematoma and infection that spread though my entire quad from hip to knee. It was brutal. Since taking almost 5 weeks to recover, I have avoided quads since. Your issue sounds like localized PIP. As long as there is no redness, excessive swelling, fevers, loss of appetite, or anything to imply an infection, you are fine.

    I stick to delts and glutes now.
