is this too much pinning in the same sites ?????

so im 2 weeks into my 7 week cycle of propionate and im injection 2ml eod and so far am just doing: left glute, right glute, left delt, right delt so hitting each site more or less once a week, is this too much of is it fine? i tried pinning my quad but a couple days after i pinned i could barelly walk so dont want to do that again. am i safe to carry on the way i am then ?

It's fine. Wouldn't hurt to hit your quads.

i have done my right quad before felt the smoothest injection i have ever done didnt even feel the pin go in then 2/3 days later i could barelly move my leg so cant afford to do that again with my job im in

Quads suck Try lats and lower pecs

For my twice weekly sticks I pin quads exclusively...both of them, all up and down, high and low...plenty of real estate there.

But technically speaking, you can pin anywhere with significant muscle, calves, bis, tris, pecs, lats, even abs (not recommended for the novice).

What everyone else said Plus if you have a wife or girlfriend that can pin you. You can have her pin your lats and traps for you too.

It's fine, I was having to hit quads and delts eod last week of last cycle cos I was on a shitload, ended up in a lot of pain!
