    Clen with Test E

    Im ruining Test E currently in wk 6 my main goal is to get leaner! im 5'11 196lb arund 11-9% bf. I have a clean diet and i do cardio iam leaner already but i wanna get shredded while maintaining as much size as possible, which brings me to the reason why im thinking of running clen . So i wanna get your input on should i run clen with test e if so what kinda of results should i expect and at what dosage should i run it at.

    The test will maintain your LBM. Increase your cardio and decrease your calories if you want to cut further. You can add clen later if you like.

    I'd use the clen at the same time. Use it during your diet, not after....after makes no sense.

    I typically start at 40-50mcg/ed...starting dose depends on if it's a tab or liquid. After that, there are two ways I like to use it.

    1. Start at 40-50mcg for 5-7 days, 75-80mcg for 5-7 days, 100-120mcg for 5-7 days. Stop all Clen for 7-14 days depending on need and repeat.

    2. Start with 40-50mcg for 2-3wks, increase the dose 20-25mcg every 2-3wks as needed.

    There's always the 2wk on/2wk off method too. It works well but I prefer the other two options.

    Clen can work well but it can make you feel pretty weird too...a lot of guys don't like it but it's never really bothered me.

    Off and on like that for 8 weeks is my method. Everyone does it different, but this works well.
