sgt2jay and Jimmyinkedup cjc/ghrp combination log !!
Ok so sgt2jay and I are doing a combination log. We both happened to be running a very similar protocol , starting around the same time. We thought it would be good to not only keep our individual logs , but do a combination log where we can both update , compare and motivate one another. Im am very excited about this and hope it will be a great learning experience.
Below Im going to post my protocol. sgt2jay will post his and we will update here regularly. (note he is starting in 2 weeks )

This is a brilliant idea jimmy, ive never had the chance to really get my head around peptides (except hgh, MT11 and hcg ) so i think your doing use all a great service by posting this log here...

Ok so today I started.
First my protocol.
Im cruising on 225mgs test and 150mgs deca e5d.
My peptide protocol consists of 100mcg of both cjc1293 and ghrp 6 - 3x/day.
1- Upon rising 100mcgs cjc1293 & 100mcg ghrp6 with 750 mgs horny goat weed and 400mgs green tea extract
2- 30mins later pin slin (starting at 5 ius - quickly up to 15)
3- Small preworkout meal Pro/carbs
4- Workout w/ intra workout pro/carbs shake
5- Afternoon - 100mcgs cjc1293 & 100mcg ghrp6 with 750 mgs horny goat weed and 400mgs green tea extract
6- Before Bed - 100mcgs cjc1293 & 100mcg ghrp6 with 750 mgs horny goat weed and 400mgs green tea extract
I will be running this for 12 weeks and if things go well I will run for another 12. If no changes , Im stopping after 12 weeks. My expectations are realistic. I have done GH in the past and done it with slin , very similar to above with higher doses of anabolics. I have some guage of what GH does and dont expect tjhis to be the same , but am hopinfg for some benefits.
My goal is really to drop around 5% bf and addd a bit of muscle. Im not usually a fan of recomping but considering im coming off of a cut where I was/am terribly out of shape I think its actually realistic. I hope to end up in the mid to high 220's - 9% bf. Pretty realistic and attainable. My days of being huge are over.

I will quickly post my protocol. Agian i am unable to start for a few more weeks as work has me traveling.
Wk 1-15 -Test E 250 mon & Thursday
Wk 3-16 - hcg at 250ius x twice per wk
Wk 1-15 10mgs AI
PCT start 2 wks after the last shot of Test E
nolva 40/20/20/20...clomid 100/50/50/50
wk 1 - 4 4iu hgh ramping to 8iu
wk 4 - 8 8iu hgh or until hgh gone (400iu left and trying peps as GH sources are to unreliable these days)
wk 8 - 12 100mcg GHRP-2 with 100 mcg Modified GRF 1-29. 3x AM , Mid Afternoon, PM
wk 12 - 4 months after pct 100mcg GHRP-2 with 100 mcg Modified GRF 1-29. in am and before bed
My Diet will be at a bit of a deficit as i want to drop some fat I will go into more detail when i start but it is basically about 2300 call 60/20/20.
Work out is HIIT Kickbocing type class M,W,F and resistance band training T,Th,S. reason for the different work out is i have hit a point where i want to try something new and for no other reason that i want to try it.
my logic being hgh will help start some good lean mass while the peptides on the back end will help maintain mass with good fat burn with the am protocol. (been runing GH past 12 months)
I haven’t seen anyone try this but to my uneducated mind it seems a good way to end the gh and kick off the peptides

I already know I like the stack, but this has my mouth watering again!
but i wont lie...... Im like a kid at xmas right now waiting for my IGF-1 Des, cant wait to try that out, never had Des yet but love these damn peps. (a few of em anyway)

Thanks to all for the support.
So yesterday was my first day. All went well. Pinning was all on schedule. pep/slin / eating wasnt an issue. That was one concern making sure I could make that all work taking peps on empty stomach etc.
My eating was good yesterday . Clean , possible slightly under calorie goal.
Ill update this more extensively as sgt2jay joins in but just a brief update to keep it going.

Today is day 3 for me. a few tweaks are in order. 1- I need test strips for glucometer so no slin yesterday and today. Im getting them this afternoon. I was so tired between 1st and 2nd pin ..almost felt hypo so i skipped the slin and skipped it this am pre workout.
The other tweak is i need to make sure to eat enough calories. I havent the last 2 days. I def will today.
So far so good - pinning is becoming habit already. Last night I woke uop an hour after i went to sleep STARVING. Cant say for sure if its ghrp6 as i didnt eat enough yesterday ...and i didnt eat before bed when i was hungry because of pep injection.

im getting jealous 2 weeks to go until i jump in. i have even taklen this month off gh. i am think of doing my peps with gh but am undecided. part of me says stick to the plan while most of me wants to just dive in with both.

^^picking up day 3. So I got my test strips so tomorrow back on the slin. The ghrp6 is def making me hungry. Its not unmanageable at all but it is there and real. In this case its prob good because I have been having trouble getting IN the calories. I notice im very tired. For around 45 mins to an hour after each pin I can barely keep my eyes open. Anyone ever experience that ?

Day 4 is going well. Better in fact. I picked up test strips , pinned peps first thing ...then slin ...then workout. eating is in order. Still get slightly tired but that was post w/o ...during i felt great. Will update this post throughout the day.

So after 2 pin of the day again i felt liek I couldnt keep my eyes open. I went out and bought some ephedrine. It def helped but I hope I get used to this..cant take ephed forever !! Nor do I want to. It is good to know that on some level that reaction makes me think the peps are def doing something.

Day 5 .
Early start to the day. All is going well. Got up , pinned. 30 mins later ate my oatmeal/cream of wheat. pinned 10ius slin , worked out with carb/pro shake , shower , came here a messed around posting a bit, getting ready to eat some ceral with skim milk and 1/2 scoop pro powder ....

Well guys crazy few days. Had a sever kidney infection and ended up at emergency room.
o peps ..no nothing for last 3 days .
Ill get this back on track tomorrow .....

Hey guys ..nah the peps had nothing to do with it. From what i understand if you get an infection in your kideny the body then causes you to urinate a lot. As a result if you arent drinking constantly you will get dehydreated....which i did. Which then impairs renal function. SO aparently once you reach that point it almost impossible to drink enough to rehydrate. IV fluids and alsi iv antibiotic. I felt like shit the day before , but didnt know what was wrong. The next morning i woke up and was in so much pain in my very lower back i couldnt even stand. Then when I pissed and it was brown ..off to ER.Thanks for the concern guys ! Im feeling 100x better !
tren I ran a similar protocol years ago with gh and slin and it worked exceptionally well. With humulin r I find pre actually times out better than post for optimal benefit ...just dont let yourself go hypo intraworkout.

Ok so I resumed peptides today. 2 pins down so far. No slin or workout today , still not up for that yet . At any rate still feel that lethargy post pin. Good to be feeling better and good to be getting this back on track !!

^^ Thanks bro. so today im 2 pins in so far. The appetite increase is totally managable but the lethargy is tough. Im sure , as I said , ill get used to it. Taking a few days off didnt help that. Anyway..All is well so far , my boy sgt2jay will be joining the log shortly. Im very excited to be doing this with him.

Yeah feeling much better thanks. i think tomorrow will be my first day back working out.
Havent been able to be on and update. Had some serious computer issues then a hurricane decided to hit ! LOL
All is weel though family all safe and sound.
Anyway pinning going well. I actually dont feel super tired this afternoon after my second pin of the day. Tthat makes me hopeful that that feeling is passing , which would be great. I didnt really eat enough with the power out for a full day etc ....but all is back on track. I hink I may be doing some making up for it. Honestly I feel better tday than i have in the last 2 weeks id say overall.
