Opinions on my plans for my Virgin Cycle
Hey all, Im new here to the forums, and new to the world of steroids as well (all though i do have friends that use). This will be my first cycle ever, and I just have a few questions for you all.
Ill begin with my stats first.
27 years old
5'8 (no shoes)
148 lbs.
BMI - 19.8
BF - 11%
Cycle
Wk 1-12 will be test cyp 200mg per pin twice a week.
Wk 14-19 will be clomid 50mg/Aromasin 25mg
Wk 1-13 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
My metabolism is just ridiculous. Anyways, for my first cycle, a couple of my friends recommended that I start off with test cypionate . And that I begin with 2 pins a week for 12 weeks with a 23g 1in pin in my glute at 200mg per pin. My goal isn't to get crazy huge. Just wondering if you guys had any input as well. Like I said I'm new to all this, and I'm trying to gather as much information from many different avenues as possible, so that I can make a better informed decision.
Any info i could get would be great.

Aromasin is your AI not a PCT. stop it on your last injection.
Clomid should be 100/50/50/50 and definetly should run Nolva as well at 40/20/20/20 for your PCT
You will wnat to have more inject sites than just glutes. 4 sites is good but I recommend at least 6. Give Delts a try..very easy spot

work out your TDEE, add 500-1000calories to this when you are on cycle. to be honest, 148lbs and 5'8 is really small i doubt you are the age you say, but i'll help anyway. you will want to start your nolva and clomid 14-18days after your LAST INJECTION, nolva i recommend 40mg/day 1st 2weeks, 20mg/day last 2weeks, and clomid 50mg/day 1st 2weeks then 25mg/day last 2weeks (you may have to cut your tablets in half). aromasin is ok but arimidex is alot better, however at such low doses i probably would not take it (i am soon beggining a cycle 320mg/week test cypionate for 12weeks where i will not take my arimidex, but i do have it to hand), however many much more experienced members on this site say that you should take it but ultimately it is up to you but you don't want to lower you estrogen levels too much

bigsiv - I've been traing on and off for a few years, I just got out of the military after I tore my acl and meniscus. That happened last year. That past month I started going back to the gym 4 times a week. During my cycle I will go more times a week. As far as my diet as of right now I don't have a strict schedule, but I don't drink pop or anything, mainly just water and sugar free sports drinks on occasion. I eat a big breakfast everyday, which consists of 4 egg whites and two whole eggs, along with oatmeal and fruit which varies. I eat a lot of pastas (Italian lol) as well as chicken, steak, salmon. I mix it up during the week though. I also drink a lot of milk probably 1 gallon every 2 or 2 and a half days. I've been eating like that for a whole now but can never seem to gain weight the way I want to.
rayman21 - thanks for the input, and yes my age and weight and height here are correct. I am slim. I eat a lot I just have a crazy fast metabolism.
capebuffalo - yesterday for breakfast I have 4 egg whites, two whole eggs, about a cup of cottage cheese and peaches in the cottage cheese with milk to drink, mid morning snack I had a glass of my protein its 16 oz of milk, without milk it's 50g of protein I also cut up a banana and put it in there along with a whole egg. Lunch I had 1 diced chicken breast in my salad with cottage cheese in it and a cup of oatmeal on the side. Preworkout I had a protein shake after the gym I ate dinner, I had 2 salmon fillets about 8oz each, asparagus and broccoli (steamed) white rice and milk to drink. Before bed I had a 8oz shake.

You say you've been back at the gym for a month after a year off and going 4x a week......
I would offer you need some time in the gym before you move ahead with the cycle just for reason you will be really be disappointed with the results. IMHO you need to have spent 2-3 years or more going full bore with diet and exercise preparing for this..
The changes to AI and pct are important if you move ahead.....

Is that really necessary or is just ill get more bang for my buck if I wait before starting a cycle. My goal isn't to get crazy huge, I don't want people to look at me and KNOW that I'm using.

Bro if you dont know how to eat aas isnt going to help you.You will lose anything you gain if you do gain anything at all.2nd problem seeing you have not been lifting so to speak.While cycling your muscles will get stronger faster than you tendons and ligaments.You stand a real good chance of hurting yourself.Just thought you should know it isnt all cake n ice cream bro.There is so much more to getting big than getting a shot in the butt.

I don't see what's wrong with my eating besides maybe kicking it up a few hundred calories. My whole reasoning for doing the cyp and 200mg per inject 2 times a week and not stacking with anything is because I don't want to get huge.

There seems to be an illusion that if you take AAS you magically get huge. That's not the reality of it. You have to work your ass off! If you don't want to grow bigger what's the point of doing AAS in the first place? Maximizing performance can be done other ways! If you don't know the fundamentals you won't be able to grow or maintain any of your gains.
Off-topic: You said "pop" sounds like you are from the mid-west

Only if you're ok pinning a larger amount once per week. It really doesnt matter. I just switched to subq for my test.

My understanding was that cypionate was longer acting and only needed once a week. My only reason for asking was curiosity if it needed to be pinned 2x a week.
