I thought the only reason why it was an issue to begin with was because bacteria grows much faster in water. PM me I can give you the url explains everything

Why would they have water mixed in with the Winstrol ??? Only oral winstrol I have used is suspended in alcohol? The bacteria would destroy the compound? You cant suspend winstrol in water??
