Whats a good DECA dose?

First cycle with DECA ... I have done test only in the past. I'm trying to figure out a good dose. How often I should pin?

The stuff I got is 300mg/ml. Also I do have everything else needed, AI, HCG, Test, and tamoxifen. Any info would be great!

for deca i only use 300-400mg ew + test

also i rec having Prami on hand in case of prog issues. and dont use the tamox on cycle, use it for PCT. I also rec AI from start of cycle, but at very least have that on hand also.

I love deca, but its been a while since i ran it. (i think 2 yrs now) got a bottle i will add to my hrt (i dont rec this generally but i have other medical conditions it helps and i have found as little as 100mg ew with hrt to help, but would not do that long term)

I agree with the above either would be good.But I would do the 500 test 400 Deca .IMOP
