Fatty needs help cycling
Wassup ladies and gents.. New to the forum and first post..
Here's a little about me I'm 6'2" 275 pounds I have a good amount of muscle but barely visible under all this fat.. Last year I was up to 280 and dropped down to 230 now it's all back I wanted to cycle after I got down but it never happened basically long story short I blew it..
I actually lost all the weight eating extremely clean with 2000+- calories aday and doing P90X.. With an extra 30-45 mins of cardio a day..
I wanna cycle in some gear this time around, I've been doing alot of reading and I'm getting alot of conflicting info.. I'd like to hear some from guys who were in my same shoes and actually went through this process.. I know I need to lose and over the next 6 months I should e able to get close to 200-220 or should I keep my weight up to have something to build into muscle.. I wanna get ripped so once this weight is gone i wanna cycle some real juice with my workouts..
I'm honestly lost and have no idea on the gear te weight I can lose but what is the best way to do it on gear or with gear and what should I do if I wanna get huge ripped? Lose the weight then try to gain it back as bulk after the fact.. I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff please ask away I'm starting my extreme diet Monday after the holidays.. Also I'm 30 if I was 18 I'd go all natural it's just time in my life I'm fine with cheating for the extra help..
PLEASE HELP ME OUT GUYS..!!!

Welcome, MF!
Don't cycle anything when you're over weight. The risk far outweighs benefit. Get to around 16% or less BF before you cycle.
Best of luck.

Welcome
You seriously need to drop your body fat down to about 15-16% bro. Otherwise you're going to be hating life with the potential side effects that are almost imminent at a high BF%.
Post up your current diet and goals in the Nutritional Forums and you'll get the help youre looking for.
Get back on this regime bro! You can do it man you already did once before..get back on the horse!

Damn that was quick guys.. Appreciate it.. I don't even know what 16% is? So I should just lose all the weight and worry about bulking at a later time.. My diet is pretty straightforward protien shake in the morning with fat free milk Gold standard 100% whey, animal vitamin pack.. Some fruit for lunch, chicken/fish/lean steak veggies or salad for dinner.. P90X daily workout plus cardio then a after workout recovery shake.. Seems to work good

Don't call yourself fatty bro lol. Who cares? No one. You aren't fat, you just having extra fat lying around your body which you can dispose of by working out and following a strict training and diet regimen. I hate people who pay themselves out. I used to rip on myself all the time for being so skinny and not achieving anything and even my friends would sometimes joke about my small wrists and being skinny. I stopped paying myself out and I just motivated myself to get bigger.

Hey thanks Hunter.. At this time I'm pretty fat bro Maybe I shouldn't say that because it could be disrespectful to someone in the same sitch as me.. I wouldn't say I pay myself out all the time either I'm just kinda sick with myself since i just went through this BS last year..

Like Mickey suggested, need to hit the Nutrition Section first and foremost! Your diet is by far the most important and without a good diet it's all downhill. Post your current diet over there and those guys will help you get everything straightened out. Then you can get on the right track.
Good Luck

Also I'd say more people die from obesity easily every year over heroin overdoses he has a point albeit ridiculous.. On a chart I'm prolly morbidly obese but I can actually function very well I'm not some massive dude laying in bed.. I'm very active I could jog a mile no problem it would suck but I could..

All good man. No one started off perfect before they started going to the gym. I was ridiculously skinny and was made fun of all the time. Yeah it hurt, but just use it as your motivation. Trust me, nothing feels better than being mentally and physically stronger and healthier. You can do it bro, it's just all about consistency and how badly you want it.

Can I bring something up? I know you we're able to make progress with that diet and p90x, but you will want to evolve into something greater and smarter so you don't rebound when you don't have hours a day to dedicate to cardio just to maintain.
Seriously think about a quality weight training program as well as learning more about diet. Sure something is better than nothing but wouldn't you rather eventually do something that is much more effective, takes less time, and works. Lots of guys can lose body fat without cardio.
I mean get started but do some research so you can save the trouble of going through this again.

I've come up with a game plan.. I plan to spend the next 6-7 months getting my diet right and my bf % down to 20 or so.. Then the next 6-7 months weight training to build back a solid muscle base then January 2014 look into some cycle options.. All the while spend the next 12-14 months learning and reading the great info on this site..
Thoughts??

Nothing burns fat like lean muscle mass...the catobolic effect of weight training carries on for far longer than cardio alone. Combining the 2 will be a far more effective use of your fat burning efforts.
Plus without weight training you will lose more lean BM while doing just cardio anddiet making it even harder to get v=back the muscel mass you lost

Well I don't know what to tell you as far as $ and time...thats in your hands but I will promise that the addition of resistance or weight training to your diet and cardio plan will pay back 10fold in added fat loss!
