That's what I took from it anyway and I totally agree, diet included.

Proper training is generally training hard enough to stimulate growth in the body, tempered with proper and adequate amounts of rest so as to allow the body to recuperate, fuelled by proper nutrition to feed and facilitate this muscle growth. PERIOD. END OF STORY.

There is no magic routine, no magic diet. Just the right path, and the question as to whether or not one has the willpower to continue down that path.
    Exactly, thanks

You want to build some serious tissue you have to push past your limits and beyond using some extremes methods in training and dieting, thats what seperates someone who just "looks good" to "fuk he's huge". We all can get find out what anabolics to use in the correct manner but many disregard how important the diet and training is and what you have to do in these departments to grow huge...

Absolutely. I'm giving it my all during this cycle (3 weeks in). At the end of my weight lifting session, I look like I just did an hour of cardio, my hoodie is soaked and I look like I pi**ed myself. I don't know whether it's the test that's making me sweat so much. I'm definitely giving it 110% in there though... No, but seriously, is excess sweat a side of test?
