    Clen Time?

    What time am i suppose to take clen ? Early in the morning?, i work out around 6-8pm. I am taking a max of 80mcg atm.


    please help.


    Any link to the sticky, and other help would be great.

    i take mine when i wake up

    if taken too late at night, you might find it hard to get to sleep..
