    New cycle

Hi guys just looking for some feedback on a cycle I'm planning to start next week,
    I'm 6ft 1 and weigh 88kg

    Anadrol 80mg ED weeks 1-4
    Test 200 2 mil EW weeks 1-10
Trenobol 1 mil EW weeks 1-10
    Clen 80mg ED weeks 6-10

Il be using liver supps because of the anadrol.
I'm trying to structure my cycles rather than just ignorantly smashing steds and hoping for the best so some pointers would be awesome thanks

If you havent trained seriously for about a year your better off getting back in the gym naturally and start implementing a intense training program with the correct diet, I would do this for at least 6+ months and gain some natural base and foundation.

you're 9% BF? Do you have a photo sans the head? I havent seen 9% in awhile..just curious..

And i agree with Marcus - its been awhile since you have workout out. Very important to have a solid mucsle base before beginning AAS.

Like everyone else has said, you need to train first. You will tear your joints, tendons and other connective tissue to shreds if you start on AAS without a good base.

I will have to side with Marcus on this Bro.You been out of the gym to long. And doing pt with the Army isnt the same. You could injure yourself cycling at this time.To much stress on tendons and joints.
