What's my Body Fat? Gyno?
I cannot seem to get an accurate reading on my BF....
stats - age 30, weight 195, (bench- 270) (overhead shoulder press- 165) (squat- 225 very low due to compartment syndrome right leg)
Im running prop, dbol , and cyp as well as liquidex - but started the liquidex late - In week two
I'm taking a gainer, so I'm not as lean as I could be, I was hoping someone could estimate my BF from my pics
Also, I am paranoid about gyno, does it look like I have it? early stages?

ide say ur around 15% and for gyno I cant tell from those pics...poke ur nipple inwards and see if u feel a lump..(it will hurt if u do) or jus pinch ur entire nipple.again there will b a lump and it will be sensitive and hurt

Actually I can feel slight lump but not much pain when I press in, nips have been sore since I started....better since Im running liquidex tho

I've been on this cycle for a little over 2 weeks now, and I'm 195lbs up from 180lbs....so that is a ton of weight/water to gain in such a short time...I should have run the AI earlier - but this was my first time running dbol and prop and i woke up bloated almost overnight it seems. I'm hoping some of the bloat will get taken care of now that I started the Liquidex.

lol.........I wanted to say something but I figured fvck it, just let him think he knows better than the rest of us........lol
For the record Jay, 5% body fat is a pretty significant amount, "20 ish %" is a great deal higher. If they were as close together as you suggest, the IFBB pro's would stop cutting at 10 - 12 % because 5% doesn't make much of a difference right............?
20 is 20 & 15 is 15, big difference when it comes to body fat percentage.
